WHAT PLAYERS DEVELOP

CONVERT ABILITY INTO COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE

At this stage, improvement must transfer to scoring. Players learn to connect technical development, athletic preparation, practice quality and on-course decision-making to the demands of competition.

EXECUTE

Develop reliable full-swing patterns, distance control, wedge play, short-game options and putting performance under changing conditions.

PREPARE

Build effective warm-up routines, purposeful practice plans, athletic readiness and tournament preparation habits.

DECIDE

Use dispersion patterns, scoring tendencies, course conditions and risk management to make better competitive decisions.

PERFORM

Develop emotional control, adaptability, commitment, post-round evaluation and the ability to respond productively under pressure.

TWO WEEKLY PERFORMANCE LABS

DEVELOP THE SKILL. TRAIN THE TRANSFER.

Two weekly Performance Labs allow players to build an important performance priority and then test it through increasingly demanding challenges.

The weekly structure may include:

  • Athletic preparation and movement

  • Technical skill development

  • Short game and putting

  • Distance and dispersion evaluation

  • Competitive challenges

  • Course-management scenarios

  • Tournament preparation

  • Individual plan adjustments

PRACTICE AND COMPETITION

THE WORK MUST TRANSFER TO SCORING

Players receive prescribed independent practice based on their individual priorities. Practice expectations are designed to develop ownership—not dependence on constant coach supervision.

Two in-house tournaments each month provide evidence related to:

  • Scoring performance

  • Shot-pattern management

  • Course strategy

  • Preparation and routines

  • Decision-making

  • Emotional responses

  • Competitive adaptability

  • Post-round evaluation

Training creates the opportunity for improvement. Competition reveals whether the player can use it.

THE PERFORMANCE CYCLE

TWELVE WEEKS. CLEAR PRIORITIES. MEASURABLE PROOF.

Each cycle organizes training, prescribed practice and competition around the player’s most important performance needs.

WEEKS 1–2 — BENCHMARK

Evaluate technical skills, athletic readiness, scoring patterns, practice behaviors, course management and tournament performance. Establish the priorities and proof standards for the cycle.

WEEKS 3–8 — DEVELOP AND INTEGRATE

Build the selected skills through Performance Labs and prescribed practice. Increase challenge and variability as the player demonstrates competence.

WEEKS 9–12 — PERFORM AND REVIEW

Evaluate transfer during performance challenges and competition. Compare the evidence to the established standards and determine the next development priorities.

The goal is not to complete more training hours. The goal is to produce improvement the player can demonstrate when the score matters.

SELECTED ENROLLMENT

READY TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR DEVELOPMENT?

Competitive Performance is for players who want high-level information and are prepared to implement it. Coaching provides the plan, feedback and performance standards; the player must complete the work.

The program is a strong fit for players who are willing to:

  • Train with clearly defined priorities

  • Complete prescribed independent practice

  • Track and evaluate performance

  • Compete regularly

  • Learn from mistakes and setbacks

  • Take increasing ownership of preparation

  • Be accountable to measurable standards

Competitive intent is required. Placement is based on readiness, goals, commitment and coach assessment—not simply age or current scoring average.
