WHAT PLAYERS DEVELOP
Strong Foundations Before Specialization
At this age, progress is not measured by how many swing positions a player can remember. We develop the movement, golf skills and behaviors that allow young athletes to learn faster and enjoy competing.
MOVE
Develop balance, coordination, speed, mobility and body awareness through age-appropriate athletic activities.
STRIKE
Learn consistent contact, basic clubface control, start direction, distance awareness and short-game fundamentals.
PLAY
Understand safety, rules, etiquette, pace of play, club selection and simple on-course decision-making.
COMPETE
Learn how to prepare, keep score, follow a routine, respond to mistakes and complete a competitive round.
THE WEEKLY PERFORMANCE LAB
One Focused Hour With a Clear Purpose
Each Performance Lab combines athletic development, golf skill training and competitive challenges. Players learn in a structured small-group environment designed to keep them moving, engaged and accountable.
Every lab includes:
Movement preparation
A clearly defined skill priority
Age-appropriate coaching and demonstrations
Games and performance challenges
Opportunities to make decisions
A simple focus for continued practice
PROOF THROUGH PLAY
Two In-House Tournaments Every Month
Players need opportunities to apply what they learn. In-house tournaments introduce competition in a familiar, supportive environment while allowing coaches to observe actual on-course behavior.
Tournament observation may include:
Preparation and routines
Rules and etiquette
Decision-making
Skill application
Scoring
Emotional responses
Independence on the course
What the player demonstrates becomes evidence for the next phase of development.
THE DEVELOPMENT CYCLE
Twelve Weeks With a Clear Progression
The program is organized around development outcomes rather than disconnected weekly lessons.
WEEKS 1–2 — ESTABLISH
Observe the player’s movement, golf skills, learning behaviors and on-course readiness. Establish the most important priorities for the cycle.
WEEKS 3–8 — DEVELOP
Use Performance Labs, games and guided challenges to build the selected skills and reinforce productive habits.
WEEKS 9–12 — APPLY
Evaluate how the player uses the skills during challenges and in-house competition. Identify progress and establish the next development priorities.
Players advance through demonstrated readiness—not simply because another twelve weeks have passed.
LIMITED ENROLLMENT
Give Your Player the Right Foundation
Performance Foundations is for young players who are ready to learn, participate and begin developing productive habits in a structured environment.
The program is a strong fit for families seeking:
Professional long-term player development
More than recreational golf activities
Regular opportunities to play and compete
Clear expectations and measurable progress
